Hi, welcome to my page. I'm Bea, and I'm a Research Associate at the Alan Turing Institute, in London, UK.
I am a part of the Data Science for Science and Humanities programme at the Turing, particularly in the project for CryoEM imaging.
I'm developing a particle detection method that considers heterogeneous samples in the images.
Some of the packages I've been working on can be found in Research.
I did my PhD at the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Manchester, UK.
The main goal was to analyse images of neuronal cell cultures, and for that I've developed a software, ALFRED.
